When I saw that THE Buddy Ohanesian car showed up for Billetproof this year, I couldn't resist parking next to it for a photo op with my pile next to a legendary custom - Though I felt I had to stay back aways out of respect I love this car.
I just sat in front of the 'puter and stared at this pic for what seemed like an hour 'till one of the guys came in the office and asked me what I was lookin at then the whole thing started over with two of us starin at the screen...
For those that aint familiar, this car was built by Dick Bertolucci & Harry Westergard well over half a century ago. Did I mention I love it?
Hey Jason: How'd you just happen to post a pic of Lanny's car? He lives close by and is re-creating the Chevy. He plans on having Winfield paint the new one too. I need to go see him and get some pics. Dan
Whew! I'm glad I'm not the only one that had that happen when I saw this picture. I thought maybe I've been working too hard or something! Awesome ride! E
Damn cleatus, you too modest. Your custom is on the right track! for sure. Any changes. Loved the front fenders (the peak)! What's on tap for this task for this custom? Later Ken
Cleatus, enough with the Humble Pie already! Your car is well respected here. I have some pictures of your car I saved, these may not be current. And I also like Cole and 50fraud's '36 3-windows.
Kustom usually means the big butt, skirted look. I don't like them too flashy, so these are more my style.
