So now we're down to nit-pickin' I guess. All your fine tuning has got things running pretty smoothly. The readability of the forums is pretty good, except when someone posts in all lower case with no punctuation. Not much you can do about that though. But there is one other area that still plays tricks with my eyes from time to time. It looks like you're using Georgia as the default font for forum replies. The letters are legible enough, but the numerals leave something to be desired. They look like they're in lower case or some kind of a subscript. Aa1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 Default Aa1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 Times New Roman Here's a few examples where they get a little tricky. Zoom the browser a bit and some of the bottoms get cut off. Too many numerals extend below baseline. Small numerals start to blend into the text. Large numbers get squeezed down too much. Wondered if you might try something like Times New Roman or Book Antiqua as the default font. The text is similar in appearance and the numerals are full sized with no funny descenders below the baseline.
Sorry man... I'm kind of in love with those funny looking decenders... That said, I do need to work on some of those line heights.
LOL! OK... Now you're just messin' with me, aren't you? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/hot-hard-start.926854/#post-10451867
