Hi Epy, liking the the 38 a lot. We met many years ago when I first got my 35 cabriolet, (pic attached from recent trip to) Pendine
How close is the 38 to being on the road ?
    Best wishes,

I put this together a couple years ago from an abandoned " Street Rod" project.

what era did tail-draggers begin ? what defines a tail-dragger is this accomplished by merely lowering the rear with springs or could a car with hydraulics or bags on it raised in front and lowered in back be considered a tail-dragger

  27. Pre 50's. And IMHO, bags don't count.

I saw a 49 shoebox more door a couple weeks ago cruising thru town in a tail dragger stance , then a couple days later I saw it cruising with a level stance I'm thinkin bags ... but as the old sayin goes "rules were made to be broken"
