Technical reply to ad

how do you reply to a for sale ad on this new hamb?? found some thing I am interested in and cant figure out how to contact seller

 

You have to send the seller a conversation..PM. HRP

You have to start a conversation with him (the new PM) You haven't been able to reply to ads for quite some time now, way before the new HAMB.
