Technical Some Help, Headlamp And Bar ID

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by oldfart36, Aug 31, 2014.

  1. Need some help here you all!

While alot of the 10"ers were used across the models in the early 30's, need input on this one.

Found these in a barn yesterday, all I've done is take em to the car wash.

Buckets, and lenses are marked "Parabeam Headlamp", both have the nice early Jewel/marbel indicator. Bar to me, reminds me of the early 30's Buick bar!?

    Input on any info apprieciated.

the jewel part looks like an add on accessory, might just slow down your ID efforts

  3. I'm sure the jeweled pieces were added in the period. Wanted to show the setup as I found it. That's also why I haven't steel wooled and polished anything yet.
    Thanks.

Early 30s Buick headlight bars say "Buick" in the middle.

I don't know what it is...there are a lot of cars that it is not for, I know that much. Someone might recognize it

  7. Thanks guys. I was feeling kinda stupid on this one, you know, like I should know what it's off of. I can see I'm not alone in this one. Hopefully someone will recognize this. Have a friend who wants the lights if I decide to sell them

  8. Bump for hopefully more info.
