Toymaker, Your engines remind me of two drunk friends leaning on one another. Good times! When are you going to be in Spokane? My dumb meter is on over drive!

Latest changes..................the Twin requires 24volt to start, we've been using a jumper battery in series with the one mounted under the rear end that supplies power for the ignition and recently added NOS. To make it easy a second battery will be mounted in the "trunk".....eliminating dragging around the jumper. The additional weight will also help with forward bite while smoking the tire......my hopes anyways :D

billetproof 2014.jpg Yes that is a NOS Bottle (Thank You Chris! :) ) you see...................after thinking about engine builds I came to the conclusion that no mater what I did I was only going to have 450 (approx.) CFM on each engine. I'm partial to my intakes and didn't want to change them so I went non-traditional. With the Turtle beck I now have space for Junk in the Trunk! Each log manifold has 2 nozzles in the center spraying outward toward the runners, We started with 100HP ea engine at Byron then cut them back to 75 hp................so far it's worked Great with 6 passes under our belt.

Here is a pic I took for you from Riverdale. I have a group of 10 shots from one of your runs showing smoking the tires most of the way down the track. DSC_0776.jpg

  23. NOS is traditional, Smokey Yunick used it after war in some of his race cars.....
Checkin' the corn and hazin' the tires......

How you going to keep them charged or how easy is it to get to them to hook up a charger all the time?
