    As much as this feels like jumping on the band wagon, I just have to thankyou for posting such detailed pictures - and so many of them. That is in addition to the pleasure of being able to study such nice work!

    the frame will go back in,but new bows made to fit the roof profile.The bows will also be screwed from the underside rather than topside.
    The wood structure will be ***embled inside the car.

    Did you find your door gaps moved any after you cut the top bracing out? I didn't see any temporary cross braces welded inside the body.

    The gaps stayed pretty consistent with before the body was braced.But that's only to the eye,im sure they marginally moved in some way.

    fantastic.been waiting for this bit for ages.just got to wait for the wood mounting bit.would love to apply for your job.the commute from the uk might be a bit much.love this type of work.again,fantastic.

    adding more tacks

    and then 'pre' metal finishing to take out the 'highs' and 'lows' just to keep everything in tight control before we Tig weld.
