Technical Model A pedals to later (48-52) hogshead for Flathead conversion?

I'm building a 31 coupe and trying to keep the original pedal setup with a dwight bond adapter with a flathead and an S10 trans.All I have is the pedals,no linkage,will this work or do I have to change to the 39/40 pedal setup? Disc up front/drums rear.

 

I am not familiar with the 48-52 housing but you might check out the adapters available to install the pedals on a '32-'48 transmission. Try Dennis Cling at clingsaftermarket.com, (480) 777-1202 a**** others.

Hey Charlie thanks for the website info but his is just for ford transmissions and I'm using a S10 T5. I see lots of posts of people saying how easy it is with different adapters but when it comes to pedals things start to get a little vague.

 

It will work. You'll need to adapt the pedals with your own design for clutch and brake engagement like this guy did. Here's a link to his thread.

There is a threaded hole for a rod to hold the pedals on the adapter.
