I will say that i've learned so much from this site- i've even been taken to the woodshed a few times when i deserved it- i just hope to be able to give back even a fraction of what i've gotten here. -rick

Life without the HAMB and the people I've met through it would be very empty. Thank you Ryan, you have made the world a better place. Bob

Well if you wanna get down, down on the ground, the HAMB . . . :D

Yep, I'm a HAMBaholic. I joined in 2002 and have read every single title (not every thread) of every thread since. I spend at least an hour a day on HAMB and Ford Barn, but little else on the computer. I quit a 3-pack a day smoking habit relatively easily, but I can't (won't?) quit HAMB !

  14. Addicted? I'd say so.
I'm on it 4 or 5 times a day now that I'm semi retired.
Without the HAMB? Id be out in the garage really putting some true effort into finishing my rides or watching porn.
My wife would probably prefer I do the HAMB, least harmful.

  15. No! I only get on in the morning, some times around noon and then from 7pm until midnight. Oh, and maybe in mid morning if I don't feel like doing anything else. Tim

I know he was talking about cars like that but they are not unwrap and assemble as stated. Why a bunch on here have to bash others builds baffles me. It serves no purpose .

Not addicted, but I do check in most days. I have two other sites I go on as well. One site tells you time wasted, so in two years that I've been a member there I've wasted 5 days 22 hours, 26 minutes, and I'm not on much. I've been on the HAMB a lot more so I wonder how much time I've wasted here. I have learned a lot.......like what to post and what not to, when to speak and when not to!! LOL! All the things that make us car guys better people! Thanks HRD.

  29. There was actually a guy on here way back when that left the trad rod scene to build AC Cobra kits. I worked on one with a fella once and it was a high end kit, rough as a cob, too much for me.
