    Looks like a fabric body. There is similar, but skiff-bodied, BSA advertised in the December issue of The Automobile (the British magazine, not the similarly named American one). It is listed at £11,500. The reg number is not visible in the advertisement.

    Some had fabric over plywood and some were alum. skinned. I missed buying one at auction this year that went for $9,000.00

    The more I think about the one for sale in The Automobile, the more think the skiff body is more recent.

    4 forward speeds
    4 wheel brakes( 1924 only)
    738cc 6hp 4 cyl aircooled
    Looks pretty advanced for early 20s

    If anyone has a pic of the complete vehicle I would like to see it.
