I have had a lot of doors slammed in my face over asking , Hey is that for sale ? I never could understand the thinking , Ya I'm going to restore it, and you drive by years later and it's still there!!!!
Until recently.... A friend of mine ( after bothering him once a year for 20 years, bout selling ) Sat me down and explained it !!!! So, here goes... He said Ray, I have collected my 100 plus cars for over 60 years now, and I know I don't have the steam left in me to fix any of them, But , I smile every time I look at them and to me that's all I need in my life ....
Hope that helps everyone as it did me... Although it stills irks me a little to think of that 1964 GTO ,slowly sinking out of sight after sitting 45 years... Ray

That '35 Plymouth looks nice, how long have you been driving by it? Doesn't look like it's been there a long time.

  6. Tires going down and the licence plate falling off. I bet the garage if full of junk in boxes thats worth zip, see it a lot.:( JW

  10. AWWW I have a real soft spot for Hudsons. Not much left to save on this 41 except that rear glass. It's not flat glass and not repop'd.

  11. Shame the Hudson's been there so long, a friend has a 40 coupe and convertible, cool cars and that Nash is favourite. JW

You know that you're correct about that garage being full of crap, look at the paint peeling off the boards. Bare wood!
Brain issues, right there. Probably literally. :(

I have made a couple pretty nice friends by offering to air up tires, with a little 12v air pump. Just airing up the tires on a non-operable ride can be a daunting task for the elderly, widowed or disabled. Sometimes they will show off some pretty neat stuff they may have hidden away in a derelict looking garage too.
