I looked to see if you have a build thread on the car and can't find one. Can you do one so we can following along? Very cool that your using a Pontiac engine
Thanks Scott. It will be different. Going for feel of the Gasser coupes. It won't be period correct but have some things a racer would have when something new and better came out if racing. Pontiac 421 is the plan, Doug Nash 5 speed, 57 rearend.
Thanks AHotRod, I don't have a build thread on it. It's been a on and off build. Rodswest has been putting the chassis together for me. Then I will bring it home and finish it. So maybe I will have build thread when done or new pics soon. Definitely Pontiac power!
Oh WOW! A 421 has ALL KINDS of Mojo!!! And it will make a little Model A coupe jump outta the hole like its been rear ended by a freight train! You made some really cool choices with the drivetrain. Definitely keep us posted on your progress! Scott Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
I saved the best for last. Here's another shot of one of my all time favorite cars. Joey - research this car!
It's kind of an inspiration for my current project. I'm fitting the running boards / getting ready to join the chassis and body.
Oh lord, is that cool or what? I know, it should have a roof, but check out that front axle/suspension.
Any pics of this before the crash? I thought it may have had fenders, but can't rember. Always thought this car was awesome.
