A lot of standard Amilcars seem to be morphing into C6's lately

Bob asked awhile ago how many survived .Couldn't say whether or not they are original or not.Kinda like the splitting genetic DNA of Bugattis.Suddenly you have 3 cars with the same VIN.

Speaking of Peugeot here's a Peugeot 201 X, Bugatti 4cyl engine everything else was Peugeot, only 11 made if I recall correctly they had the reputation of being a death trap. When I was a teenager one of my parents neighbor was making a copy except it still had the lame stock engine, the guy was surprised I knew about this rare bird.

The number can be found on the bevel box and or on the chassis X member under the driver's seat...as per Mr. Colin Musgrove.

I always wondered why the chain drive since there is a third member, it complicates the whole mechanicals, add weight, frictions and more parts means more things that can break, and cost more to fabricate no?
    It looks very cool though.
