  5. I snapped this shot of my buddy, Joe Lassalette's Willys in line at the 65 Winternationals. My RPU is just behind the Willys. We both won our classes and went a couple rounds in street eliminator. A month later, we both won at the March Meet. For a time, we both held class records with NHRA.

    Still playing cars together, we will have our roadsters at the GNRS this weekend.

    Yep, Jungle Larry Faust who wheeled a series of Mooneyham, Jackson, Ferguson, Faust cars over the years. He was the original "Jungle", well before Jim.

    Bloody Kiwi. Pete Lodge from New Zealand built this car int he mid 60's and it was way ahead of its time with a Hilborn injected hemi. It was the first into the 10's there in 1973. One of the best known Fiats in the southern hemisphere. Was a standout car in NZ for years.
