I wanted to equip my roadster with any of the K-H wires, but I know no one who can offset the fronts in order to expose only 1" of the Buick drums. I am not sure if those wires can be altered. What say you, 3-W ?

I have seen tru-spokes dechromed and painted or powder-coated, and they looked sharp. However, Ryan probably has a different take on it. These youngsters tend to be naïve, intellectual wastelands of super ideas. Well, I better get my ass off here while I am still breathing.

The blackwalls really look understated, which I think is super! Just my opinion.

She was and continues to be the most simple-minded asswipe of her genre. It is hard to believe just how ignorant a person can be, yet still get reelected time and time again. Makes one wonder about her constituency.

Those yellow, bent-spokes on that 4-dr are what I really want for my Highboy if I can solve the backspace issue.

Philly, are those rear skins roadworthy ? What I mean is do they handle on the road similar to radials? They look so good, but I take some long trips and just wonder. Thanks for any reply.

I don't own that roadster , so I wouldn't have any info re; roadworthiness . I did however ask Dennis Varni about the ones on his sedan a few years ago , and he told me that they seemed to handle fine . I believe that they're a Coker product , so they might have a good answer for you .

I haven't seen my set of wheels yet so I'll jump in. These came with a project I bought years ago.

Auburn knock off wheels that someone relaced with 15" rims probably due to the unavailability of 17" rubber in the 50s/60s. I've accumulated a pile of different hubs, centers and full wheels and I'd like to eventually have em relaced with 16" rims but we'll see if I ever have enough spare cash to make it happen.

Few years back I bought a set of restored knock offs (the originals are usually hammered...literally) so it should look something like this when all said and done.

Here are the factory 17" wheels, hopefully they won't look goofy on a smaller bodied 32 roadster.
