Being a Deuce "schnob" is kinda fun.

Well Bull, you must have crystal balls because you are right on with your prediction !!!

Sorry for the late posting I was holding out for some more entrants to post their final odometer reading, but enough is enough.

Here are the final standings for the 1st "For Those Who Drive 'em" compe***ion.

    thewildturkey46 8292.5 miles
    Bad Daddy 7610
    maplefrm 6953.5
    HRP Sedan 3048.2 + 396.7 = 3444.9
    captain scarlett 1310.2
    WortRod 523

Congratulations to thewildturkey 46, who edged out Bad Daddy by only a few hunded miles! I will let Ryan know and he will extend your HAMB membership on me.

There will be a new compe***ion starting at the end of February, if you want to use your final odometer for this one, just let me know, otherwise post up another pic on the new thread.

Thanks to all for participating, and hopefully more will get on board this year. Entries will be open to all cars Model T through to 1940.

Just thought I would say "Thank You" to Deluxe 32 for putting on this little contest. We came in third with 6953 miles, not bad for living in Illinois and not driving in the winter. Thanks, we had fun!

Thanks that was a lot of fun. Drove the car way more than last year. Guess I gotta get out of Michigan to clock better miles.

Thanks for a fun contest......I know Ron aka hotrod3w and Ronnieroadster both drove more than me but did not send in odometer pics.......my 8200 miles were all ******* if that counts at all!! LOL!!( The other 2000 were in a cushy fordor deuce with heat, air windows and a top! ) It doesn't matter who wins as long as we all have fun driving our deuces. I'm trying to wear all of mine out. Dale PS I'm from Minnesota...land of short summers

This is such a cool thing. I have no odometer in any of
    My hotrods, my
Most driven it a 27 roadster, and judging by tanks of gas I put about 3000 a year on it. Some of these guys do that much in a month! Awesome! ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1423198775.872722.jpg

    My Pleasure !!

I am very jealous of you all, my Deuce sedan is probably 2 or 3 years away from getting on the road, and i can only live out my dream vicariously through all of you.

Thanks to all who participated, whether they got their miles in to me or not. I hope more guys get on board for 2015/16, regardless of how many miles they drive each year. Dale 10000 miles in a Deuce is unreal, there's no "cushy" miles in my opinion. And yes the focus is to drive these beautiful cars and have fun doing it. I often see a post where someone will recollect a time from their youth where there was a local hot rodder who used to drive his hopped up car around their neigbourhood, and that was a key factor that ignited their interest in Hot Rods. We can be the inspiration for the next generation of Hot Rodders, by getting out their and giving our hobby as much exposure as possible.

Keep an eye out for the new thread "For Those Who Drive 'Em" and spread the word, and happy driving !

I feel for you guys who have such extreme weather, more motivation to drive the wheels off it when the sun is shinning !!!
