Double Pinner Whitewalls. Who makes these?

I'm looking for a set of 14" double whitewall tires, preferably 205/75/14.

Who makes them? Can anyone identify the tires in this pic?

If you guys think these were shaved, do any of you guys know which tires are shavable?

I know DB shaves them but they are a bit pricey, anyone know a cheaper route?
