Moose, showed the renderings to some pals and a few requests came in. If you feel so inclined or have some time, those requests were as follows. The dark brown version with dk brown top, an all black version with blk top and one with a tan top, and a dark blue version with dark blue top and a tan top. Since you've already done so much, will understand if you'd like to move on to other members' cars. Thanks in advance!! Paul

You are too nice! I would like to know what you like or would do? Thanks a million, Paul.

  10. Paul... That Chevy is a great looking car and no matter what color you choose it would be hard to go wrong. For me the two tone scheme really sets the car off and the two tone brown really stands out as something different. It goes well with the classy body style and I think it would be a real attention getter but as they always say you need to do what ever floats you boat.

Appreciate your input, and that's the one I was leaning towards as well. Solid colors or newer metallic colors?? Any other two-tone color combos you think would look good, I'd love to see em. Thank you to Moose and Madfish!

IMO the two tone looks much better than the single colors, no matter which colors you choose.

  17. Playing with Moose' rendition of my request......

Thanks Moose! Appreciate all you've done. I like that last one, but I keep going back to that two tone brown. Thanks for the comments Mr. Stevens. Paul

Thanks Moose & BobJ. I like it. This coupe is my car. Now it looks like I have some painting to do this week. Thanks again!

  24. Is that a "marine" grade or made for hotrods? That flake POPS!

It really does POP even in our very limited sunshine! I'm pretty sure it's marine grade as the spec mentioned it had anti-fungal treatment. It was sourced from Germany by the guy who did the interior. Top bloke here in the UK called Neil Tadman. If you would like any more info on it his email is neil@autointeriors.plus.com.

    Dear Photoshop Thread,
My dear departed grandmother left me this 1960 Valiant. My granny loved this car but let's face it, it sucks. Now that she's gone it's mine and I can do whatever I want. I can't decide whether I should hot rod it, make it a custom, or just donate it to NPR. Any suggestions? No, I tried that... it didn't fit

  27. They look great in gloss black. A friend owned one years ago and it was badass.

It's a '62, but this looks pretty sharp on these shoes.
