did a tech article video with travisfromkansas, aka royboyproductions this past weekend on the frenching of the headlights.
used the stock buckets, smoothed the face of them, mounted from behind in the wheel well, and used 52 merc rings from speedway. he wanted a more traditional style kit with no chrome rings and a tunneled look, not the modern style.

Did you weld an exhaust mount to the bottom of the floor? Don't you think the vibrations will be felt by the occupants above?

And do they end right there? The fumes are gonna be horrible.

Yes they are mounted to the floor in the rear, but they have a bushing suspending them for cushion. Don't think it will be an issuse, if it is it will be an easy fix to split the bracket and add another bushing.
Yes they end in front of the rear end, again don't think it will be an issue. Have done this many times and have never died yet. Some cars are worse then Others with the fumes coming back. My wagon is pretty bad with 1-2 windows down but all windows down is fine, that is with them exiting all the way out the back with bellflowers. The unibody dumped just like this, no issues. 60 wagon was just like this, no issues.

Thanks for your responses and concerns.

i scrapped all the old stock undercoating and years or built up mud and dirt off the top and bottom sides of the floors, used a bed liner materiel on the inside, really helps with road noise and heat, ive used it in many vehicles and works well, on the bottom side i did the same , then seam sealed all joints, scotch brite and use 3m low build body schultz over that. i have a local gasket company that i get body bushing material from and make my own.
