Yeah, Mopar here. Have a 63 Dodge 440 426 MW with Nascar REV 2 single four manifold. Have a short Vintage style dragster with a slant 6 . Have a partly finished dragster with a 318 poly sitting in it waiting for me batteries to recharge although I fear it will be too fast for me at 63 years old. Also have a VW beetle under construction powered by a slant six. The 440 O.R. racing manual is mine. First raced a Mopar at Cedars Dragstrip in July 1966. Also in my driveway the very first V10 Ram ever ordered from Chrysler carrying order number 001 and my wife is a Dodge Girl too with a Journey. Since my actual name is DOnDulmaGE seemed logical to drive a Dodge.
I like just about anything old, but my heart definitely lies with Mopar. in our stable we have a 57 coronet 2dr hdtp (wife's), 57 plymouth 2dr and a 74 charger among others of the non-mopar variety. ------------------------------- Brandon Prewett Chrome Fins Restoration - Tulsa, Ok 918-521-2889
I've owned Mopars since 1972, and I just don't see where any given part is necessarily more expensive than a damn SBC. People claim "Oh, yeah, parts are double for a Mopar!" which is utter nonsense.
I don't know, i've only owned 1 mopar and comparing the same type of work on a GM and Ford i've done (panels, engine and interior). The mopar parts bill was way more then GM. Maybe the Hamb friendly mopars are closer but when it comes to the late 60's muscle the mopar parts bill was more than Ford and way more than GM. I'd own any of them, i'm not picky
One of our Mopars 1934 Dodge 3/4 ton Humpback-Red Cross Truck We use it for going to swap meets and shows.

How are you Mr Dulmage. I let a friend borrow my copy of your book and he disappeared. Is you dragster with the /6 in another series of comments?
Check out this short video of me driving a 57 duel quad Hemi Dodge when my son sneaks up on me. I'm cruising Woodward Ave in Detroit.
Been a mopar guy since 1966 when my folks bought a new 1966 Fury four door with a 383 4 barrel and a 4-speed. I currently have a 1938 Plymouth pick-up, a 1964 Dodge 330 station wagon , a 1969 Barracuda convertable 340 4-speed, a 1970 Dart project car, a 2001 intrepid Bonnevelle project, rear wheel drive, 496 wedge power, and the wifes 2008 jeep.
