    Man... You amaze me...

  2. Thank you for reconsidering and continuing to post on the hamb as some of us don't use the other outlets, regardless of what a trigger happy moderator does.

    The traditional section states..
The Traditional Hot Rod forum is reserved for threads and posts pertaining to period correct hot rods only. Please use this forum for technical threads, build threads, historical threads, and feature threads only.

It does not specify if the car is built in the 30's or 60's style!

This is one thing I pointed out in my survey...now back to this cool thread that IMHO is as traditional as it gets! HRP

Kinda off topic but do you have any concern with mixing radials and bias tires? -- I have read both pros and cons on the subject.

Radial on front, bias on the rear is not a big deal. Where you start having drivability issues is when you run bias front radial rear.

Artistic solutions to otherwise mundane parts make this my favorite thread.

  18. Guys when I started this business in 1981 my hopes were to someday that Danny would be able to take this business to another level. I wish you guys could see some of the builds that Danny has done in the pass. I told him that if his next build is not better then his last build then he has messed up. This coupe belongs to us, so this is the style of chassis that we like so the exhaust can run though the tubes. The parts and pieces we use and make are tried and proven as we drive our cars and put a lot of miles on them.

  19. Danny,
Outstanding craftsmanship. I have a CNC machine shop and can appreciate the work that's gone into this build so far, I'm looking forward to your additional posts. Keep up the great work. I'll PM you a couple pictures of our Henry roadster we are doing not current HAMB material but I think you will like it. BTW been making a living running HAAS cnc's since 2000 nice equipment.

Well the FedEx and UPS guy dropped some presents by for me today. So soon I'll be posting more build pictures. Tires and mufflers.

Here are the shots of the new tires. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1431643224.008280.jpg

I've had a picture of this car in my head for almost 20 years. Finally the parts are available for me to build it. So excited.

Got my new rear wheels in today. I had to rush down to the tire store and have the tires mounted. This is going to be one wicked car! ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1433977738.626492.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1433977757.665580.jpg
