Is anybody using 3 or 4 inch peep mirrors? Pictures of how they look would be appreciated. Thanks.

You'll see them on a few Google images, more common on 1946-54 Fords than after 1955.

I've got one... make sure to mount it far enough forward, probably right at the lead edge of the window would be good. Mine was mounted by the previous owner of my car and was mounted a little too far back to be very useful, and the paint is damaged underneath it, so it'd be hard to move. Looks cool, though. :)

I have one on my 57 mounted as close to the front edge of the door frame as it would go. Works fine. Like having no antenna on mine I can't see drilling holes in it.

This is out of subject but I was wondering if you had a close up picture of your spot lights. I am trying to figure out a good spot for mine. On the Victoria's it has the stainless molding all the way up the pillar

This is probably the closest one I have. I'm in a different city than my car at the moment, but once I get back I can try and get a closer pic if I remember.

I really like the way your car sits - how did you lower it?? Aero springs - 4" blocks??

I almost put them on my '59 but was afraid of marking up the stainless or paint. Is there a way to mount them with no collateral damage?

Nope, just through the outside... it's pretty beefy sheet-metal there, and these spotlights aren't very heavy.

Thanks! This is with 4" blocks in the rear, and the original chopped springs before I swapped them out. I've since installed the Aerostar springs and it does sit a couple inches higher in the front at the moment; I think I might cut a coil out.
