Each chassis requires an extra look as you are the master of details when it comes to building chassis. When I do another Deuce I will have to have one of your chassis. Very nice workmanship and design.

Wish I could have tucked my Firestones like you did, but they are real 2 ply sprint car tires, and they are pretty soggy, even when over filled.

Question, Any tricks you can recommend for me in boxing a frame without a jig ?

I would not recommend boxing the full length of the frame out of a jig, but just the front or rear can be done out of a jig. Weld very short spurts and move around a lot to keep the heat from building up in one spot.

 

Is a haircut in order for this one? I like them either way.
