I thought there were going to be brass dash plaques/timing tags for the racers??? Never got one or asked??

 

Brass timing tags would have been neat

 

Great time !!! If I make it next year I defiantly will take my 34 just to cruise Fri. & Sat. night !

 

I already love the cars, event, & overall theme... but I think the starter wavin' the checkered has "stolen the show"... can't pay her enough to jump that many times.
P.S. does she have a stunt double, or 2, or 3?

 

Loved every bit of this great EVENT.......Thanks for going to all the work to put on a show that any real hot rodder would like to be a part of.

I got one..You had to go over to the concession stands where they were stamping them..They had one for every racer in attendance.I'm sure they have yours, Pete

 

I didn't get mine either . Bummer

 

Wonder who we have to contact to get them still

Dan that handles racer registration was who gave us ours but we had to go to the tent to get it. I am sure if you email them they will send it to you.

I didn't know about them either until I saw a guy with one..Somebody handed it to him. I asked the guy running eliminations and he didn't know about them either so I took a walk and found the guy making them over in the tent area..

What a great weekend! weather was perfect, the racing was fantastic once again!

 

Sunday was a blast , Sat No Bueno ! we just wanted to race , not get held up by Ads . I 'm sure a lot of other guys feel the same way .

 

yup, sunday made up for saturday for sure. the horse and pony show were taking over the racing on saturday. I felt bad for the guys who dumped thousands of $$$ into cars and travel to only get to run twice saturday. either way im building a car for next year, because sunday was a blast.

 

Had an amazing time Thanks for allowing me to be apart of the fun with my little old coupe. See you next year with a Roadster

 

what are you guys talking about...held up by ads... and horse and pony show?

 

Does anybody have anymore pictures or info on this '28/'29 Roadster?
