Looks like Gene Terenzio driving the "Let it fly" altered.

This car always put on a great show and was a fan favorite for years.

The Terenzio Bros. later went on to run a number of different altered cars over the years and held the National Record for years.

I was there too in '60 and I've told people over the years about the 'pits' at night but I think about half didn't believe me. Something else!

 

I'm pretty sure that it's me leaning on the Flying Dutchman car in the background.
