Thanks! I think laying down the rear window is gonna be the winner.

 

Agreed! But on this one since we shaved the drip rails we think that the re-working the B-pillars is gonna help with the overall flow of the door openings.

 

Since we are eliminating the vent window, and the door tops are off, we went ahead and started filling the vent window "notches" in the door frames. It's so much easier to do on the bench!

Loved the backstory. I noticed that at speed, my 60's hood got a little weird so I pulled the latch apart and sturdied her up. I totally would have gone for a chop too if the hood would have popped up. Totally justified!

Nice examples! There are also great examples with the drip rails. I think whenever I am all or nothing that's when I get into trouble. There are always exceptions to everything. That being said I recognize that I am militant (to a fault) in my preference of Kustom cars over stock cars.

If Clark had to chose one I'm pretty sure it would be Tig everything! Anything you see that's not a stack of dimes is my welding. One day I will catch up to him! (If he knew I posted this pic he would kill me....figuratively of course...shhh)

 

More progress pics: We are slanting the B-pillar quite a bit. But we are happy with the direction it's heading in.

Buuuuuttt... maybe it's just the camera angle, but it looks like there's a slight notch between the roof and the top of the back window. Please tell me there's actually a smooth transition between the roof and rear window.
