Ordered my wheels today from Stockton Wheel. Think chrome reverse. Motor is running on the test stand. Going in the car with the trans soon. Need to finish wiring, plumb the brakes, dial it all in and go. Trying to make it to the next Hot Rod Reunion.

I know Johnny but I'm going to try. Can't guarantee anything but I have some friends helping,
    and pushing.

The wheels are 15x8 and I'm going to use a 10" wide cheater slick. I'm thinking Radir rather then Hurst.

Holy cow those wheels look good.
Last I checked Hurst was shut down,so Radir and Towel City would be your two choices.
Man,that car is going to be somethin'!:)

Radir makes a new tire. Retreads would never go under my quarters. Just my .02.

Yeah after that wheel spacer broke all 5 lug studs that started this whole calamity (ask Groucho, he saw it all) I'll never use any retreads, spacers or anything that can come off. Because usually it will.

Seriously? A 1" wheel spacer broke the studs? Looks like I won't be running them

This thing has an ominous amount of power for a street car so it will pull the tread right off of retreads.

Yes, it was loose just abit and I didn't notice it and it broke all 5 studs at 40MPH.
Fun ride but did a lot of damage.

This is why I don't even have a post for my Nomad. Don't need to listen to everybody whine.
