My pleasure and thanks to everyone else who posts on here. I would walk by a line of Pro/Cars to get to a group of Stockers anytime.

Look at the size of the Stahl Headers tubing. Think they were looking of more low end power?

  7. Me too!!! I raced a stocker for a short time in the mid '90's. Even though it wasn't in the hey-day of stockers, it was really a good time. And really helpful people. But dollar wise I just couldn't keep up. And I knew that when a buddy of mine spent 3500.00 for a set of Gebler headers and I had less than that in my Whole drive train.

That was Ronnie's original Wildfire car. Later, he bought the Zorro car and made it into his #2 Wildfire car. Notice the factoring down to D/S by then.

Must admit I have never seen the "Pie Wagon" over the years but it there is some lettering on the front fender that has a New Jersey address for it.

Ask this fellow Rich Biebel he's owned it (or a partner) back in the late 60's/early 70's. He's on Class Racer forum, runs a Super Comp dragster now. The picture is from Rich's photo page. Used to run it at Island Dragway.

Marv Ripes/Tony Janes '57 wagon. This car is still owned by the individual in the Pittsburgh area who bought it from them in the early 70's.

Do you have a name for that individual? Never knew it was around here.
