That is certainly the intention Don, though I wish I had time to do more quicker.

Hi everyone - there is still more to come, I have just been bogged down for a few days with work and will be at least through tomorrow, so please stay tuned.

Your photos are fantastic! Do you shoot with a white balance card?

Thank you Brown Sound. Actually, I don't use one. but I do shoot in RAW. pretty much always, and then adjust my white balance as needed or at least to what I think looks good.

Does anyone know for sure what this one is? I am guessing a '35 ford pickup

I loved this shoebox! I would also love to know what year it is. Thanks in advance.

...............Could be '49-'50-or '51 but judging from the hood, I'm guessing '51.

I'm staying out of these Johnny Cash custom shoebox Ford guessing games!:D

  13. Two questions. 1-post number 258 reminds me of a model car from years back. Am I remembering right? 2-how do you guys get these pictures to look like paintings? Is that Photo-shop stuff??

Thanks everyone - the lowdown from informed sources is that the truck is a 40 and the shoebox is a 50.

To answer your questions alphabet soup -> 1. - I don't know. 2. I definitely do various things to the pictures in Photoshop and otherwise. The majority of them are multiple exposure combinations that goes a long way toward making them pop.

  17. That roadster was really cool. The yellow headlights and wheels really made it stand out. And as usual your pic really shows it off

That photo is terrific. I love the orange of the dragster with the brick wall.

Thank you Sancho. It has the benefit of being one of the rare posed pictures I get at car events. Only Frank's dragster and the 1960 Caddy 4 door above somewhere with all the leaves in the background were posed, the rest are as I found them.
