Projects crminal coupe, an attempt at a 31 A build

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by crminal, Aug 13, 2013.

  1. Well, this '32 Cabriolet came along and created a major diversion in my plans. Sincerely thinking about selling the 31 as a project..... Can't see having both. We'll see.

Found a good rust free 57 F-100 big window. The Y-block will find its new home there.

  5. Definitely want to do Turlock sometime.
Thanks for looking out for a 57 for me, appreciated.
I'm sure we'll be talking trucks in the future ;~)

  6. Kind of bittersweet, this project has come to and end for me as it has been sold. My efforts will go towards the 32 cab and 57 f100. Tims YBlock will be motivating a truck instead.

Sincere thanks to those on the Hamb who helped me along with this, I learned more than I ever thought. Never stop learning.

I'm also building a y block model a and that VW steering box mount looks like it would definitely solve my steering issues. Do you know what year bus it came off of? Thanks for a great thread, it's helped me a lot.

  19. Perfect. This is exactly what I planned on doing to drop an Olds 303 into an A frame. Great to see it in pictures! Thank you.
