  1. Thank you, and you got it!

  2. Thank you very much Mikey!

  3. We made a fan shroud out of 18g steel and hammerformed a lip around the opening and welded a band around it to bolt it to the grill shell. Also got it louvered to make it look nice and let some air pass through at speed.

Great looking fab work! was wondering what size/thickness stock you used on the crossmember that the bellcrank is mounted on? You will have a great ride when you are done but more importantly know-how from building it. Brad

  13. Headers and exhaust system is built. Used a '36 drive shaft for headers, and did a tri-y Style for low end torque. Since the exhaust runs out the back ,we tucked the exhaust over top of the frame instead of them hanging under the frame. Headers are made out of mild steel and the rest of the exhaust system is stainless steel and 2 1/2" diameter. We installed a crossover tube to even out the exhaust pulses and give it a deep tone.

  15. Thank you! It's 2" square tubing and 3/16" wall, there will be tubes added later on to make a K member.

Looks fantastic. Just wondering why you decided to run the exhaust under the frame? Those headers are very impressive. Great work.

    Nathan,
Was wondering why on psgr side of the engine your header pipes cross over on the 2nd and 3rd exhaust port. does it have to do with the firing order of the y-block? Or are you trying to attain a certain exhaust tone? Keep up the great looking work!
    Brad.
