It says the 34 is on ebay...so yes it has been dug out.

  3. It hasn't. I wrote the seller if I need a shovel to get to it and he replied ,
"Yes, you will need a shovel. I'm not sure if any of the chassis is in the ground or not."

  8. The bubble top will fit on other cars and could be salvaged as long as they don't stack a car on top!

  9. One of my favorite things is looking for junk yards. I grew up playing in one of the best I've ever seen. Its long gone, but I remember getting in the cars and wondering where they have been and dreaming of fixing them up. Over the years I found and saved a lot of cool old cars. Even if I never made a nickel doing it. This is one of my Favorite Threads, so THANKS and keep looking The fun is in the HUNT !This will be my next project . A early 60s style drag coupe is the plan. 038.jpg

Early '26 did not have the headlite bar. I had an early '26 T. The bar was added in later 1926 production to stop the fenders and lights from shaking and cracking.

  27. Found this one in the woods. Knocked at the door and the owner was real nice. Said his family owned it for years, not the end of the story, still working on that one. Whats it worth?
Guy remembers using it around the farm when it was nice and not the way it is now.

I can't be the only one that thinks the 33-34 coupe buried in the dirt isn't THAT bad for the asking price? Opening bid of 3K? Sure it's going to need a ton, but there's paint on there yet, a lot of that body isn't thinned beyond repair, European guys would be all over it. Maybe not the ultimate steal-deal, but I'm not laughing at that asking price, I bet it finds an owner.
