Like Chris,and all you other guys I prefer fenders. They looked good when I bought the sedan so many years ago and fenderless was never a option for this deuce. HRP
George You need to get out more, Fathers day, L.A. just down the coast from you (in 22 hours). Then you can get sick of seeing RED hiboy Deuce roadsters. As far as the eye can see. Cripes, I love this country, the other North American country.

some cars really do. Good example, these are the same truck. The fenderless version that was in hot rod has honestly never done it for me, seems kind of awkward Add fenders and stacks, and its a whole different truck. This just blew me away when I saw it on Kustomrama the first time, man, what a difference! The second version is one of the coolest hot rod pu's ever built in my opinion.
Might have to borrow that as a signature line!! I'll add a few to keep this thread on a roll.... Without fenders, where would you put the scallops or flames? And, I've always thought that Deuces look cooler with the splash-stoppers on 'em: (Note: just edited this to replace the red "Xs" with actual photos. These aren't the same pics as what I originally posted but if anyone actually reads this I think they'll understand my point... )
