    Fred,
Originals are above 100 £££ and used something under!
In my youth, I didn't have money for it and now still do not have! Pity and shame!

    Zoran
P.S.: I will try to attach PDF copy with a few first pages from the book!

    Nur,
Try this PDF: a lot of photos, sketches and dimensions!
Good luck in anything that you plan!

Hey Guys....I recently was looking at a magazine on the newstand that had a Special featured in it that used a Honda CX 500 engine coupled to an Austin trans (for reverse) . It had been built by an English guy and used as a lark to do Hillclimbs with (the dirt kind, trials I think you call them) I don`t have a copy, I think it was Old School Rods or a similar rag. The car was really neatly done, though. Any of you English guys know anything about this?

Look up his "shedster ". I think you will like it. It used a Ford Popular/Anglia frame and running gear, mixed and matched from various years, and the little flathead 4. He hand built the body. He drives the wheels of the thing.
    Cheers,
    Stewart.

The pitch of the chains will be 3/4inch. Using this you can scale the rest, bearing in mind that most dimensions will be in inches or traditional fractionl inches.

    Hello there,
I just found nice forum with a lot of photos with ultra-light and ultra-simple British specials from before the Second World War. It seems that they were raced over grass-tracks and sometimes on macadam hill-climbs. At the same tracks were raced "normal" specials and quite big sport cars..

For the first time, I saw such specials and such races!
    More about that later...

    Ciao,
