    Awesome job Just Gary!
Thank's for all the pictures / thought process.
    The angle chop looks perfect!
It looks straighter than a "straight" chop!...just looks right!

    Evetually I'll cut my 30 Tudor down....& Now I have a manual!

Very precise...I have seen too many chops where they did not weld the inner supports, you have done a great job in this area. Looks good and is strong, well done.

  12. I've always wondered the same thing. I remember watching the show once. Never seen it again for a while they were selling the episodes on dvd and the sedan never came out. Strange

Any chance you can repost your photos hosting them on the hamb so they aren’t blurry? @Austin kays snd I have been talking about an angle chop for his A recently

  14. @Tim & @Austin kays , I fixed the photos as much as possible.

Sorry but I (or photobucket ) seem to have lost some of the pictures of the B and C-posts.:(

Simply put, I drilled 1/2" deep, 1/4" diameter holes in the wood in the top and bottom halves of the B and C-posts.
Then I inserted 1" long 1/4" diameter metal pins in the holes. This aligned the posts and greatly strengthened them.

BTW, my welding skills are much better than back then.
    Hope this helps.
