    Drake Viscone at Dover drag strip, one of many Viscone cars sponsored by Carmel Ford. Drake was last working for Roush Racing in NC, I bought a trailer from him about 5 yrs. ago

    Hey Dave that pic was taken at Mokan dragway about 3 miles from my house in about 1962-3 home of the hamb drags that's Dave Hightower in that pic

    Here's another shot from the staging lanes at Cordova - in our area early Ford g***ers kind of rare as to the Chevy's and Willys.

    I remember this Model A well. Ray Zang of my hometown, Clifton, NJ. Ray went on to run numerous cars over the years

    Great shot....the meet in '55 had several blown Chryslers and fuel Arduns, but the winner that day was Aubrey Hilton in a fuel flathead, which would later get the blown Chrysler in Hashim's car (nearest camera), which ran than as Hashim, Hylton, and Crossley.
