  4. Sandman I already said this on another post but you rock!!! The Model A crossmember and the 201 send this car over the top. Split wishbones and a big flatty??

  5. Thanks again for your compliments! :D
It will be a flatty for sure but I'm thinking a 37 (21stud) with a 4"merc crank and an old SCoT
Blower. Then I might be able to keep from splitting them really nice 34 bones!
I like the ride and handling of unsplit wishbones and knee action shocks.
If I end up splitting them bones, then it will be for a (Very Big Engine!);)

My coupe. I need to gather all of the photos and start a build thread. The car was chopped in september and was finished in time for GNRS.

Sorry, forgot to place the link in my post.

I thought the pics were amazing. Could you imagine walking through the woods and coming across a 34 5/w coupe!!!??? I'd probably pass out! Can't believe they're still out there.
Quite a bit of rust, but it IS a 34 Coupe and will save. Looks like it's sat there for a long time.

Was hoping a HAMBer closer than me will pick it up and build it. Poor car deserves to see the road again.

  15. Hi,
Bought these doors, actual 5 window coupe! (just for the inside tin) then got lucky finding a set of NOS latches.
I hung an unchopped door to to see how much was chopped out of my B pillars. It was 5 inches.

My '34 project. From Wichita Kansas area. Coupester. There is not a panel on it that has not been welded on or cut up some way. I think I would like to bring it back as a coupester.

  24. Looks to me like it may have been a sedan 4 doorster?
I would weld up that long B pillar to the quarter panel!
