  10. Could you show a little more detail on how you mounted your steering box and where it is located? I made my adapter plate to put the top bolt over the rail and now I think it needs to go under because of my engine mounts.

  16. Thanks! I may have to do this. Currently my steering shaft is in line with the center exhaust port on my flathead.

How is it mounted on the other side and did you do anything to make it perpendicular to the front axle or did you just mount it flat to the rail?

I mounted it flat to the rail... I am using those u joints to connect it from the box to a dd shaft to another u joint to the steering column shaft... figured that angle wouldn't matter too much.

  18. I totally spend like 2 hours getting my plate to 3° because I thought it MIGHT be important... and I tend to hyper-focus on things like that when I start fabricating little things apparently.

I decided to go with a 153 ci chevy for the engine in this one. I've used these before. Great little motors.

I'm using a 97 s10 rearend. Going to build a triangulated 4 link with coilovers. Hoping to get it low enough without modifying the frame.

  30. I'm using an S10 rearend as well, 4 link setup, and a '38 ford front leaf spring. I am undecided on weather its going to be a spring above or behind. I have to mock it up and see which is going to be better for the stance i am going for.
