Event Coverage Hot Rod Hundred NW Arkansas June 11, 2016

I haven't seen a post on this so here's one! The 1st Annual Hot Rod Hundred Reliability Run for Northwest Arkansas will be held June 11th. We'll be driving through some of the prettiest Ozark Mountain scenery you could imagine. For more info, check here

Looking forward to it, but planning to ride along with bchrismer and anybody else that will haul my fat butt..... heading further south from there on a mission trip, and need my truck and tools so the 37 will have to sit this one out.

 

At the Rollin' Relics meeting tonight, it was reported that we have received entries in the mail from Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas, so far. Register by May 11 and the cost is $25, which includes 2 lunch tickets and 1 event T-Shirt. (additional lunch tickets and t-shirts available). After May 11, registration is $30 and includes 2 lunch tickets but will not include a T-Shirt. So click the link above and get registered already, for crying out loud!

 

The following week will the Petit Jean Mountain swap meet June 14-18. So if your in Arkansas plan to make both of these shows.

 

One week left to pre-register for $25 and get two meals AND a Hot Rod Hundred T-shirt. After May 11th, the cost goes up to $30 and the T-shirt is not included.
Did I tell you the BBQ is going to be prepared by a Rollin' Relics member who is an award-winning competition BBQ pitmaster? Well, it is! You'll love it.
You will also love the scenery as we drive around northwest Arkansas, some of the prettiest mountains, valleys, streams and countryside around. You don't want to miss it!

Not sure if we can make it or not as we have an anniversary deal at church that weekend. But hopefully we can skate away for the HRH!!

If you hadn't participated in a HR 100 you are missing out. I missed the one in SW Missouri but plan on making Arkansas and the one Oklahoma. Plan on driving over Friday morning. See ya guys in a couple of weeks.....

Wish I was going, but have too much going on right now to make the trip over... I know you all will have a great time (although it may be harder since I won't be there.)

Not gonna be able to make it this time. We got a couple baseball games Friday night and a tournament Saturday. Not to mention the stuff we're taking care of for mom right now.

I'm registered but sadly I'm not going to make it either. I've just got too many irons in the fire right now. It's going to be a beautiful run.

 

Gonna miss ya, Sam! Clay's gonna run down to my place, tomorrow, and we'll be in Springdale tomorrow evening. I've got my boxes of T-shirts ready to go, and need to determine whether we're driving the truck or the coupe down to Springdale.
