buildings, like cars, have lost their visual uniqueness-appeal over the years

 

I drive by that on Wednesdays traveling to the Beaches Cruise, via Germantown Rd. It's a shame that someone can't open it up again !

 

That's why vintage cars are more and more appealing. I love old architecture too.

 

The body drop was so cool to watch.

This one is 1930. Looks to have headlights from something from the mid to late 1930s though.

 

I wonder how the Morris Minor Traveller fared climbing the peak.

 

Going by the Ford it is later than '63.

Marty, I lived on Pumpkin Ridge Road for several years and often took Gremantown and Skyline as the back roads to Portland.

 

This looks somewhat like Fort Bragg, NC.

Pretty sure this was a Fred Harvey promo. shot, but I love the ambush story!
