One last pic from Son of Flubber. The guy on the right looks familiar but I can't remember from where. Anyone know?

"I've said it before and I'll say it again-I don't want to move to California!"

"It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" is the first movie I remember seeing in a theater. It came out in 1963 when I was 11. I saw it at the Genesee Theater in Waukegan, IL. Most of the great stars who were in it are dead now except for Jerry Lewis. Is anyone else from the movie still around?

Lebowski.....Marvin Kaplan is still with us....he was the 'bigger' partner of the two new 'owner operators' with the service station, that was destroyed into oblivion! He is 89, in a wheelchair...but still doing speaking engagements. One of the funniest parts of the entire movie for sure!

James Westerfield He was in a ton of movies, True Grit, Hang em High, Sons of Kattie Elder etc. Passed on in the early 70's I believe.

His partner was Arnold Stang. Any scene with Jonathan Winters in it is going to be good for a few laughs. Of course this is him driving the tow truck he stole from them. This is one of my 10 favorite movies of all time....

^ Mostly small parts in movies, he was a judge in True Grit. Did a lot of appearances on TV shows, he had that southern gravel voice. I'm thinking he did the Andy Giffith show once.

So proud of himself, having just run over Spencer Tracy's hat. Later, it was officially declared as being "ruint".

Carl Reiner is still around, too.

Besides Marvin Kaplan and Carl Reiner, there's Barrie Chase - Sylvester's married girlfriend; in the restored prints of the movie, the red '62 Dodge convertible Sylvester takes off (literally) in is her husband's car!
