Where are the tats?

 

That brings to mind the engine turned gold leaf full face helmet that Dale Burton did for Bob Harkey - Dale swore he would never do another one no matter how much he was offered.

The top one I've seen before - she's got a "stand by your man" look.
The bottom one has got a "I can't believe he dragged me out to look at that "STUFF"" look.

Swastika was an early Indian symbol an also used among other nations, for example Finns, long time before Hitler.

 

You are absolutely right, Maggie.
The Finnish Air Force chose the swastika as their sign in 1918 (or 1919) because the first aeroplane was a donation from the Swedish count Eric von Rosen whose personal sign was the swastika. Here's the plane, a Thulin Type D, straight from Sweden, with the blue painted swastikas on the wings. The Finnish Air Force used the swastika sign until 1945.

Note that Hitler took the swastika as the sign of the Nazi party later, only in 1920 or 1921. The Nazi swastika was usually (but not always) tilted:

... but the Finnish swastika was always straight:

... as it had always been as a good luck symbol for Finns.
So most of the history of the swastika has nothing to do with Hitler ant the Nazis.
