What a really neat looking roadster. Man you have a lifetime keeper there. That IS a time machine.

You have just upped the fun factor by a large margin. To me driving something so old with so much history behind it is a bit surreal.
Good on You Birdog...;) Remember share lots of pics...

I remember you from instagram. I just found this thread, awesome! It's good to see it on the computer screen instead of the small phone. The gravity of the stance and top is much more clear to me now. Nasty looking hot rod. Trying to spend more time on the hamb. Glad you got it on the road.Congrats!

Soul! Exactly! It is what separates a hot rod from a street rod and what the rat rodders don't get. They get zombies, no soul.

Just read thru the whole thread, awesome roadster and great job getting it back on the road.

I'd enjoy it the way it is until I got tired of the lack of a paint job which would probably be never. Whatever you decide I'm sure you will do it right.

Looking forward to seeing some updates

You need to host the video on youtube and post the link to it here.

Well guys I drove it around and the wheel base was driving me nuts. So I drove it in the garage a couple nights ago and did this. I know there will be some haters but I didn't come this far trying to get a 32 roadster that I hated some thing about.

  26. I totally get where your at and how you got there. I agree. It's all about the look and there is only One right. If you like it that's what makes it Right.

Oh thee mighty mean mug master... Could you share more detail of your wheelbase shrinkage transformation? Is the drive shaft all cut down and ready to spin true again? Did you move the crossmember or shorten the whole frame? Your fans need to know your devilish ways.
    Oh nice smile[emoji41]

Well, Not a "hater" it's your car and no one has a call but you, but I liked it better as it was. I still like it but not as much.
