    Here's my 68 Country Sedan.
    390,C6,A/C,PS,PW,
She needs a bit of attention on the
front end , but I have a good set of fenders and a front bumper for it.
I bought it from a farmer for $425. I need to still apply for a title
But I've checked and it's all clear.

My '65 Rambler I bought when I was 13 with my corn detassling money. $550 plus another hundred my grandpa kicked-in. Be 25 years later this month that I've owned it. People I bought it off of are gone. Grandpa's gone too. I was able to track down the original owner on facebook though. Found his son on facebook (unusual last name helped). Guy is in his nineties. Bought it for his wife to drive. He had no stories or special memories though.

We're thinking either a Tri-Five (gotta be a four-door) or another '62-64 Chevy II. Maybe a '58-64 full-size (I grew up being carted around in a '60 Parkwood), but since it'll be Sara's primary driver, smaller might be better. Nothin' crazy, and honestly the more boring the better. Something we can road-trip in without too much concern for reliability and parts availability.

  27. I had a friend in high school that drove a red Rambler wagon very similar to yours,he chauffeured several attractive seniors every day,3 of the young lady's were cheer leaders.

Odd,how seeing your wagon triggered that memory. HRP

  28. For those that don't know Boones, his first wagon was the car that inspired me to pull ours out of the barn and build it.

I met Ken through our mutual friend Deuce Roadster (Randy Nash) at Goodguys in Charlotte,N.C.and he & Randy convinced me to join the Hamb many years ago. HRP
