    WOW, I absolutely love the above 52 Ford. Nice rear end treatment, and I normally do not like connie kits.

    Any info on this great Stude?
    I remember seeing it in Classic and Custom Magazine decades ago, looking just like that (but with dual scooped hood in place). The owner was looking for its history.
    What you can't see here is the three piece '57 Olds rear window. One of the best chopped Studes ever!

    Also loving the Studebaker. The '55 Buick on the last page appears to be a sedan with the roof cut off? Also, surprising to see a couple of customs with exterior sunvisors on them. All great pics.

    the info I have is from the early 90's. the owner was Al Thompson of Montgomery Illinois. says he bought it in 1973 at a swap meet and that it was customized in 1959

    Oh how I wish that I could go back in time. This was a life changing event. Because of KKOA I lost interest in my Nomad and had to have a kustom. It would have been so kool to be driving my Merc Merc amongst the kool.. Thanks for posting the pics.
