Here's my pics of your car Deuce Bruce from Deuce Days. I've long admired your contribution to hot rodding. Have enjoyed the cars you've restored. I'm down here in New Zealand and 36 years old and your cars and collection is both fascinating and inspiring. I saw you a few times at Deuce Days by the car but I was too shy to say hi and thank you for your part in hot rod preservation

We would be very disappointed if you didn't. After all, we have a reputation to uphold. I gather frustrated when a woman looks at my roadster and says it's "cute". I try my polite best to educate her to the fact that hot rods are many things but "cute" ain't one of them. So spread terror for all of us hot rodders . It will bring a smile to all our faces.

 

As another overseas hot rod enthusiast, I like to say thanks for preserving the coupe in the fashion it was built.

Just wondering what its like to drive with a chop such that it has - 5" or so???

Knowing it has a 5 speed makes the actual dtive easier, but it has such a small glass area, traffic light would be interesting

 

Surprisingly wonderful view...we missed NOTHING!!!!
It has 4spd...not a Tremec
Perfect gearing!!!!

 

Ditto on the "cute"...
I'll do my best to be polite...but spreading terror is easy in sleepy little Carmel...especially in Roller's Deuce!

 

If there's a tougher lookin' Deuce Coupe....I don't know of it. I was kinda mad at Larry when he sold it but the fact that Mr. Meyer has it has reassured my belief that it will be 'Larry's Coupe' for a long while....unchanged.

 

Larry hit it out of the park with that car, and it couldn't be in better hands. It was a blast to see it in person and to meet you Bruce ... I hope you dig the 32%er goodies

 

Love that Car!!!...It looks like it is going 100 miles an hour, sitting still.

Carmel definitely needs to have some hot rod terror spreading......great you've got Larry's 3w back, you didn't want to have to add another 'black car' to your list of 'ones that got away'

Larry's car at Pebble Beach this week. Cool. Years ago, while on the GG Hot Rod of the Year road trip, Larry let me sit in this bad boy. What a great car. So glad Bruce is its caretaker.
