a 65 rivi as a station wagon please? Or more accurately a shooting brake, since I would like to retain two doors and sporty nature of the car.

This was harder than I expected. I love Rivieras and I love shooting brakes, but getting the proportions right was tricky. So I pretended I was a designer for an Italian carrozzeria and went to work.

 

One more version....

 

sweet! its a stretch (execution of either of those would have to be really spot on in real life) but wagons are the business as far as i'm concerned.

That 3 grilled Edsel would make a great custom I think!
With a touch of modern by having the space inside the horse colars contain the head lights.

Thought I'd play around with a 1951 Studebaker Champion Business Coupe....If someone had the "Want To" it could go from less than mild to wild too much work. Only body mods are a chop ,stance, rear wheel openings and front spoiler. Drive train...Well..........

 

That's killer Moose. Looks like something I would draw.
Could the roof come off a camaro or something similar? or heavily modified stock roof?
Looks like a feasible build, if I was a gazillionaire I'd do it. But in reality, I'll just dream away.

 

I wonder what a 65 riv would look like as a fastback and a more muscle car look.

Here's a Stude/Henry J wagon I dreamed up. Also would be a neat build, but tons more work than your Concept Moose.

 

Looks good although as you say it would be a lot of work...Those early Stude's have a lot of potential. I'm surprised you don't see more customs being built. The roof on my rendition is a modified stock unit and after seeing some of the chops guys do on here I'd say it would be no harder than most.

 

Here's my take on a Rivi wagon.

 

If you guys get bored, you can run wild with this. This is a neat thread, and thanks for all you guys do for so many.

That's cool. Thanks. I'm hoping several guys can take a whack at this one and show what each would want the car to look like. We all have out own styles, and I think it would be really interesting to see different peoples renditions of the same car. I never thought about Photoshop, but I'm computer stupid like that.
What's funny is I had an open sided hood and model a grille on it at one time, but got in a hurry to leave when I dumped my girlfriend that I forgot to take them off and put them somewhere safe (not mounted yet) and took off down the road. I'm sure I don't have to tell you the rest.
