I have no idea, but they are most likely two joined together,with painted Whitewalls.
I made several sets like this, years ago.

Here's it's "Running mate" to be assembled next, a '62 Impala SS Convertible, finished in '62 Chevy Nassau Blue.
-Anyway, found a couple of hours Sat&Sun to work on detailing it further. Finished the taillight panel and some scripts&emblems. Sidetrim to follow after I fit the chassis into the body for good. Rolling stock will be the American 5-spokes or black steelies.
