This is my 53 bel air I brought home a couple weeks ago it's got a 54 235 truck engine and trans with the original Kelly Springfield bias ply tires that still hold air it's my first car project as I've been a motorcycle/custom bicycle guy and am looking forward to getting feed back on my build as it progresses bare with me as I try to not fuck it up! I'm not the kind of person to give out all my life story to a bunch of strangers. Hi. Nice ride. Back in the day of that car if we wanted to trick it out a bit to be different often the old reliable source for goodies was J C Whitney. Makes me wonder if the owner got the sun visor and fender mount mirrows from them. During that time period as a teenager I ordered stuff there. Jimmie
