I'm planning on chopping my 32 Ford 5 window. I'd like to see a variety of various chops. Could you send several photos from mild to hard chops, thanks m.ralph SOLD GOING TO PA.
Well gee, I think if you look through some HAMB threads you'll find hundreds. There is even a thread specific to deuce 5 windows. Use the search function.

I have a stock 3 window and was going to cut it but as I thought about it more I decided to leave it stock . Glad I did . As mentioned most are cut and some regret it. My .02 worth. Vic
Chopped my 3W in '99 and never ever wanted it back to stock. My friend who did the chop and I agreed that unchopped the proportions weren't right. Besides nobody I know wears a top hat which was the reason for the tall roofs. LOL
Thanks for the feedback, if its ok with wbrw32, I just wanted to start my own trend. I agree with you Fogger. I was thinking maybe a 5 inch chop on my 32 5 window. I've had 4 inch chop before and wanted more of a chop on my newest 32 5 window.
I'm with brady1929 BDRodder but we're both doing 32-5 windows so we are biased. What headers are you running as I'm using a nailhead also but with RHD they may not suit my application?
Swifty- running Sanderson. Very happy with them, chrome not too bad to take care of. Love the dual quad set up I'm running, tons of torque with nailhead Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Here it is at a number of different stages and with three different owners( and I owned it twice). Been on at least three different chassis and been powered by a flathead, a Nail head, a blown 351 Ford and the last picture is its current state, painted black ,running a ZL1 BB Chevy.
Same car, 3 1/2 inch chop. Proportions change when full fendered of fenderless. Something to give some thought. If I had this car to do over today, I'd leave it un-chopped.
First time posting, so here goes. 3 inch chop. Always wanted a 32' 5w, yes it is fiberglass, not enough in the budget for steel. However I just bought the shell and am doing everything myself, with the help of UPAC products. I have two small block Chevy engines, one new 350 & a 1957 265, backed up by a Super T10 and a Winters Nostalgia quick change. Just dropped the 350 in last weekend, very big day!! Have never had more fun!!!
